Aeropress Brew

Our Aeropress brewer utilize filtered water at approximately 50ppm total hardness, with 98C – 100C water temperature, aiming for TDS of 1,35%

11.8g Coffee - 200g Water

  • Assemble the AeroPress with paper filter (2x) inside the cap and place on top of a mug. Preheat with hot water
  • Grind your coffee to a coarse setting
  • Empty the AeroPress and add the coffee
  • Tare your scale, start your time and add 200g water to the coffee in as quickly as you can
  • Place the plunger to create a vacuum. Steep for 2.00 minutes
  • At 2.00, swirl the AeroPress lightly. Let the coffee settle to the bottom for 30s
  • At 2.30s, plunge lightly for 40s
  • Total brew time: 3:10 minutes
