Filter Brew (30ppm GH/15ppm KH)

- 3.0g Calcium

- 1.5g Sodium

1g of concentrate added to the brewing water raises the ppm by 10.  

This water recipe is designed for use with very light to light roasted natural coffees giving a bright and flavorful mouthfeel.
