Filter Brew (40ppm GH/20ppm KH)

- 2.7g Magnesium

- 1.3g Calcium

- 2.0g Sodium

1g of concentrate added to the brewing water raises the ppm by 10.  

This water recipe is designed for use with very light to light roasted coffees giving a smooth and balanced mouthfeel.
