Filter Brew (40ppm GH/20ppm KH)

- 4.0g Magnesium

- 2.0g Sodium

1g of concentrate added to the brewing water raises the ppm by 10.  

This water recipe is designed for use in an espresso brewing where Magnesium adds body and sodium brings about a silky finish to your coffee.
