Aeropress Brew

Our Aeropress brewer utilize filtered water at approximately 30ppm total hardness, with 90C water temperature, aiming for TDS of 1,35%

23,0g Coffee - 260g Water

  • Assemble the AeroPress Traditional method. Insert (2x) paper filter inside the cap
  • Grind your coffee to a coarse setting
  • Add the coffee to the AeroPress
  • Tare your scale, start your time and add 60g water to the coffee in as quickly as you can in 15s. Connect the plunger at the top of the vessel.
  • Allow the coffee to bloom for 30s
  • Add 200g of water from the edge of the aeropress to the coffee 15s
  • Steep until 1,00 minutes
  • At 1,00 minutes, stir the coffee 3x and remove the scum.
  • Start plunging at 1,20 (slow and steady) for 20s
  • Total brew time: 1,40 minutes
