Aeropress Brew
Our Aeropress brewer utilize filtered water at approximately 30ppm total hardness, with 90C water temperature, aiming for TDS of 1,35%
23,0g Coffee - 260g Water
- Assemble the AeroPress Traditional method. Insert (2x) paper filter inside the cap
- Grind your coffee to a coarse setting
- Add the coffee to the AeroPress
- Tare your scale, start your time and add 60g water to the coffee in as quickly as you can in 15s. Connect the plunger at the top of the vessel.
- Allow the coffee to bloom for 30s
- Add 200g of water from the edge of the aeropress to the coffee 15s
- Steep until 1,00 minutes
- At 1,00 minutes, stir the coffee 3x and remove the scum.
- Start plunging at 1,20 (slow and steady) for 20s
- Total brew time: 1,40 minutes
