La Huaca is a 4‑hectare family farm managed by Clever Delgado in the high hills of Huabal, Cajamarca, one of northern Peru’s most exciting smallholder regions. Perched at 1,800 - 1,950 meters above sea level, the farm benefits from cool nights, steady mountain breezes and generous cloud cover, conditions that slow cherry maturation and help build dense, sweet beans.
