Filter Brew (40ppm GH/20ppm KH)

- 1.3g Magnesium

- 2.7g Calcium

- 2.0g Sodium

1g of concentrate added to the brewing water raises the ppm by 10.  

This water recipe is designed for use in a flatbed filter brewing (2 pour method). 

Filter Brew (14ppm GH/7ppm KH)

- 0.9g Magnesium

- 0.5g Calcium

- 0.7g Sodium

1g of concentrate added to the brewing water raises the ppm by 10.  

This water recipe is designed for use in a V60 filter brewing (5 pour method).
