Filter Brew (60ppm GH/30ppm KH)

- 4.0g Magnesium

- 2.0g Calcium

- 3.0g Sodium

1g of concentrate added to the brewing water raises the ppm by 10.  

This water recipe is designed for use with very light to light roasted washed coffees giving a bright and balanced cup with a juicy mouthfeel.
