Our first introduction from this year 2021 Ecuadorian harvest is an exceptionally high-quality coffee and one that we're very excited to work with.

PILLCOCAJA was established on January 9, 2008, as a sugarcane producer farm. However, in 2011 its sales fell exponentially because their prices were no longer competitive in the market. In the search of other productive alternatives to implement in the farm. the production of high-quality coffee came along due to the incredible conditions offered by the micro climate of the area.

Grown at an altitude between 1700+ metres above sea level, the PILLCOCAJA family has taken care of the coffee plants accurately, always seeking for excellence on its coffee beans. In fact. in 2016 PILLCOCAJA achieved a cup score of 90.3 in Taza Dorada contest.
