April Brewer
Our April Brewer utilize filtered water at approximately 30ppm total hardness, with 92C water temperature, aiming for TDS of 1,25%
13,0g Coffee (washed) - 200g Water
15,0g Coffee (natural) - 200g Water
1. Put the paper in your brewer and preheat the equipment
2. Grind your coffee beans to a coarse grind setting. Add the coffee, tare your scale, start your timer
3. The pour structure at the following time:
- 00:00 pre-infuse the grounds, about 100g of water in 10s (pouring 50g concentric circle followed by 50g center pour).
- 00:30 pour 100g of water in 10s (pouring 50g concentric circle followed by 50g center pour)
Total brew time: 2:30 – 2:45 minutes
