Aeropress Brew

Our Aeropress brewer utilize filtered water at approximately 30ppm total hardness, with 90C water temperature, aiming for TDS of 1,40%

22,0g Coffee - 260g Water

  • Assemble the AeroPress Traditional method. Insert (2x) paper filter inside the cap
  • Grind your coffee to a coarse setting
  • Add the coffee to the AeroPress
  • Tare your scale, start your time and add 60g water to the coffee in as quickly as you can in 10s. Connect the plunger at the top of the vessel.
  • Allow the coffee to bloom for 50s
  • Add 200g of water to the coffee in a circular motion in 10s
  • Steep until 1,20 minutes
  • At 1,20 minutes, plunge (slow and steady) for 30s
  • Total brew time: 1,50 minutes
