Aeropress Brew (concentrate)

Our Aeropress brewer utilize filtered water at approximately 31ppm total hardness, with 99C water temperature, aiming for TDS of 1,35%

30,0g Coffee - 120g Water

  • Assemble the AeroPress inverted. Pre-rinse (2x) paper filter inside the cap with hot water
  • Grind your coffee to a coarse setting
  • Add the coffee to the AeroPress
  • Tare your scale, start your time and add 120g water to the coffee in as quickly as you can in 10s
  • Stir 20x in 10s
  • Secure cap to AeroPress, press slowly to purge out excess air. Flip the AeroPress onto a server, swirl the AeroPress lightly
  • Steep until 0,50s
  • At 0,50s, plunge (slow and steady through the hiss at the end) for 30s until 1,20 minute
  • Dilute 2x the weight of the concentrate
  • Total brew time: 1,20 minutes
