We are a coffee roastery that roasts coffee in small editions and keeps small stocks. We work closely with our producer partners, and we source coffees that falls within the category of Specialty Coffee - which is a traceable, high quality and well selected green bean with a minimal of defects - roasted with craftsmanship to reach its full flavor potential.
